Project Overview
Role
MOTION GRAPHICS ANIMATION
Client: Commsor / Introtrader
Producer: Studio Lewis (US)
The brief for this project was to take Commsor’s product and explain it quickly through motion. I had their Figma as a starting point, but a big part of the job was interpreting the script and the product itself, then figuring out how to translate that into short, clear visuals that show what the company actually does.
I pulled out the pieces of the UI that made the most sense for the story, then rebuilt them in After Effects as individual assets. Every little thing that moves, flips, fades, or fills is its own element. The ID cards, score bars, badges, intro prompts, and connector moments all had to be broken apart so they could animate in a way that felt quick and easy to understand while maintaining a cohesive design.
Since a lot of the animations needed variety, I also created new names, titles, and headshots for the connector cards so the sequences felt more natural. Part of the brief was to add subtle dinosaur easter eggs, which added a ton of business personality without distracting from the message.
I worked hand in hand with the video editor editor to make sure the timing landed with picture locks. The final animations feel clean and simple, and they help explain the product in a way that is easy to follow while still staying true to Commsor’s design system.
